French Door Refrigerator with Cool Select Pantry and Freezer Drawer, Black Bought this to replace our previous side-by-side Whirlpool. Spacious inside, stylish, cool led lighting, and great design. Make sure you level it properly upon arrival, as it is essential to the unit being quiet when running (buzzes if it isn't level). You can use the leveling feet on the bottom of the fridge and a level to accomplish this easily.
Ice maker and water dispenser both work well. The ice maker holds a less ice than a side-by-side, and the ice cubes are a bit smaller.

Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Cool Select Pantry and Freezer Drawer, Black Like the refrigerator, but Samsung customer service is the worst! The refrigerator was missing the ice bucket that holds extra ice in the freezer drawer and I called the toll-free number. Received an apology and an assurance that an ice bucket was on the way. A couple of days later I received a voice mail that was barely coherent. Since I could not understand the message (or the return number given), I called the standard support number again and was told that the order was canceled because my I had not provided proof of purchase documentation (I was not asked for this originally, but I guess the incoherent message was a request for it). I was given a fax number so I faxed over the receipt. It is now over 2 months since I first reported the discrepancy. Overall this is a very nice refrigerator. I just hope I never have any major problems with it because I have no confidence in Samsung's ability to provide adequate support!
