The frig is a step up for us and we really like it. Our unit was delivered in perfect condition and it has worked perfectly since it was installed. The design is really smart and the interior space is larger than we had before within the same overall dimensions.The French door design really works for the space we have it in. We like the storage compartment designs in the frig portion. They are flexible and designed really well. The freezer space makes sense and has a top sliding shelf to keep most accessed things handy. The touch panel on the front works well and is a smart design. Getting use to the functions only took a couple of days. The ice/water dispenser is sturdy and works well. I got a Samsung 28 ft from a local store. The seal on the fridge part was kinked over upon delivery and the tray under the door ice was missing. Samsung "Customer Care" (or "Don't Care" in my opinion) has refused to replace or repair these items as they call them "physical damage" even though that is how they arrived at my home. I have not even been able to get information on how to purchase these items and replace them myself. I WAS a HUGE Samsung fan from phones and watches. I will never buy another Samsung Product.
